Select Sotheby's Realty Associates Visiting The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Vail
Ascent Sotheby’s International Realty sought out 25 of the top-producing brokers from Sotheby’s International Realty offices around the country to come to Vail to preview The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail. Four of our associates from Signature Sotheby’s International Realty were chosen, Tom Kelley, Joel Schemmel, and Roberta and Tom Tengerdy.
RCR Vail, LLC an affiliate of Vail Resorts Development Company, the project developer, hosted the brokers during the Birds of Prey World Cup festivities. Brokers were brought in from several of Vail’s key markets, including areas in the northeast, Florida, Texas and California.
Sotheby’s Realty is beginning to see renewed interest in the high-end real estate market and those that attended recognize the incredible potential of this project.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences has 71 whole-ownership residences, with floorplans ranging from two to six bedrooms. The project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2010.
The developer announced earlier this year special pricing and an incentive program for new buyers for a limited time. Under the program, buyers are offered the opportunity to buy a social membership to The Arrabelle Club.
