Judy Green, Craig Cerreta and Cindy Morton of Signature Sotheby’s International Realty helped celebrate what Lakewood Ranch has done in the last fifteen years at Friday evening’s party for over 1000 residents at the Sarasota Polo Club.
Dressed in costume as various candy bars and sweets, Judy and team handed out treats and enjoyed mingling and the entertainment and activities throughtout the duration of the event.
Lakewood Ranch was mainly farmland 15 years ago and now consists of a strategically planned community of 7,000 homes built since 1995. Since inception, Lakewood Ranch has brought schools, businesses, a hospital, and entertainment for the people that call Lakewood Ranch home.
